KATIA VLACHOS
Have you ever felt like you’re doing everything right – checking the boxes (career, relationships, responsibilities), but deep down, something feels off? You’re not alone.
Many bright ambitious women feel stuck in invisible cages, shaped by the pressure to be kind, selfless, and effortlessly perfect. Invisible cages – like the "good girl" conditioning - keep us playing small, even when we’re ready for more—and it’s exhausting.
Most of us have them to one degree or the other.
But what are they exactly, where do they come from, and how do we recognize them?
Most importantly, how do we break free?
Breaking free from the 'Good Girl' cage
In this Women’s Hub Love Session, we’ll explore:
- The hidden mental cages that may be holding you back
- How to break free from self-imposed limitations and expectations
- Practical ways to reclaim your voice, power, and choices
Our lives are too precious to stay trapped. Let’s start the uncaging process together.
