EMBRACING UNITY CONSCIOUSNESS: The Power of Mindfulness and Feminine Flow

ALEXANDRA JUD
Mindfulness & communication expert, mental coach & trainer, hypnotherapist, space-holder & facilitator, passionate runner, yoga teacher & dogmom

Even though Alex had a very early connection to the spiritual realms, her path diverged as she immersed herself in the Swiss education system and pursued a career in the corporate world. Being exhausted from a life that was reigned by her performance-driven masculine energy, she embarked on a journey of rediscovery through the practice of mindfulness and meditation. Shedding societal conditioning layer by layer, Alex reconnected with her feminine essence and remembered her innate ability to co-create with the universe.

Join Alex on her journey of self-discovery and transformation as she unveils pivotal moments that liberated her from limiting beliefs and ushered her into the embrace of a graceful feminine flow. Are you ready to dance with the universe and engage in a cosmic collaboration? Let her inspire you to pave the way for a new era of authenticity, co-creation and unity consciousness

WOMAN ON STAGE
ABI AFOLABI

BIRTH, DEATH AND RESURRECTION: a (bitter)sweet story 🧁

ABI AFOLABI
Baking entrepreneur

As a girl born in Nigeria to entrepreneur parents, buying and selling is second nature to Abi. In school, she was told that she could be anything that she wanted to be; the sky was her limit.

But then she came to Switzerland to pursue her dream of eventually becoming a chef, and quickly realized that there were limits that were far lower than the sky, and obstacles that stood in the way of her dreams.

Through time, a community of international women and rediscovering her faith, Abi is relearning how to dream, and push past obstacles to see the sky again.

She has recently turned her passion for food and cooking into making the best ever mini-cupcakes, that are not only mouthwateringly delicious and strikingly beautiful, but are also created for sharing, as Abi sees food as the perfect backdrop to human connection.

On the WOMEN’S HUB stage, Abi will share how starting her Cupcakery helped her in her own healing process, and present the vision of hope behind her gorgeous pastries.

JULIANA BARBOSA

RECONNECTING WITH PURPOSE: about Belief, Boards and Books

JULIANA BARBOSA
A life-long learner. A believer of kindness. An advocate of inspiring leaders. A supporter of a more sustainable world. A mother of 2 powerful girls.

After more than 15 years of professional experience, Juliana felt that some recurring challenges and frustrations she had faced indicated that she was not living up to her values, and that it was time for her to reassess her life journey and investigate the source of this disconnection. Acknowledging her natural strengths was the channel for her to reclaim her superpowers.

On the WOMEN’S HUB stage, Juliana will share how revealing it was for her to get to know what her natural strengths are, and how that explained a lot of the disconnection she was living professionally. As a strong believer, visionary and life-long learner, Juliana will reflect on how those natural strengths and her value-driven attitudes played an important role in pivotal moments of her life: from her decision to leave a safe job to pursue her dream of living abroad, to how she overcame personal traumas, to her courage to endure a midlife career transition.

This recent transformational moment led Juliana to recognize that her natural strengths have manifested since her childhood, and that they have only been dormant for a while. But it’s now time for Juliana to reclaim them back and embark on her next purposeful journey, that will revolve around board membership, children's books and designing a conscious living condominium in Brazil.
